Peer Counseling
Unfortunately, our team does not have a psychologist or psychiatrist, but we do have and provide peer counseling. None of our peer counselors have a legal degree in psychology. Still, they are trained in common psychology and willing to listen and support any student needing emotional assistance. It is researched and known that a teenager can relate to and communicate/ trust someone their age, someone who may be going through the same hardships, people who can relate.
