About taylor thomas morrison

About taylor!

HI, MY NAME IS TAYLOR THOMAS MORRISON, AND I AM AN EDUCATOR IN CALIFORNIA. I WORK WITH CHILDREN THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND ABROAD. I'VE BEEN WORKING WITH CHILDREN FOR NINE YEARS AND HAVE LOVED EVERY BIT. I WORKED IN CHILDCARE AND EDUCATIONAL SETTINGS WITH VARIOUS AGES AND GRADE-LEVEL CHILDREN.

MY PASSION FOR WORKING WITH CHILDREN GROWS EVERY DAY. ONE OF THE REASONS IS ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS, EACH MINUTE WORKING WITH A YOUNG STUDENT, THEY ARE MORE INTELLIGENT THAN US ADULTS AT TIMES, MORE OPEN-MINDED AND KIND-HEARTED, WITH SKILLS THAT WE ARE UNKNOWN TO AND ARE INCAPABLE OF ACHIEVING.

I LEARN JUST AS MUCH FROM THEM AS I TEACH. I STARTED MY QUEST FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION IN HIGH SCHOOL AND GOT MY CREDENTIAL IN SPECIAL EDUCATION FROM ALLISON EDUCATION ORGANIZATION. CHILDREN, ADULTS, AND SENIORS WITH DISABILITIES, BOTH PHYSICAL AND INTELLECTUAL OR DEVELOPMENTAL, ARE AN HONORING AND HUMBLE RESPONSIBILITY THAT I AM GLAD AND JOYFUL TO HAVE.

My Mission:

My daily goal and reason for creating this organization was to better the lives of children and others everywhere. I specialize in people with disabilities and focus on developmental, intellectual, and psychological disorders. My goal is to make their daily lives easier, make school more accessible and more comfortable, and provide any other help that I can make possible.

In my young and teenage years, I wanted to achieve higher and higher goals and dreams. Which is my other focus is at. I look for similar people like myself, teens, and young adults who are driven to work and reach the same higher points that I wanted and got. I try to employ as many teenagers as possible to do and achieve multiple things:

  1. Providing students with educators around their age level has been proven to work better than having someone far older than them. It is more straightforward to talk and receive help from someone closer to their age.

  2. It provides teens with employee experience to help them better in their future career choices.

  3. It gives teenagers a lot of community service hours, which can be used in many different ways and can better help them progress toward a successful adult life.

One of the many things I've tried to assist specific students with is coming out and being comfortable with their chosen and or newly found sexuality. As part of the LGBTQ community and with experience working with high school and middle school kids, I understand this change and want to continue doing such work. I remember the times when I didn't feel comfortable or was mocked and bullied for my chosen choice of sexuality; I want to do as much as possible to end that bigotry.

Another focus is to help children, adults, and seniors feel comfortable in their skin. Assure them that requesting assistance is not showing weakness but strength. When you are ready to get educational or other help, feel free to contact me.
